I met Al at the beginning of the process of looking for my new office. In our first meeting, he took the time to thoroughly explain the journey we were about to embark on. He would always educate me so that things became more clear even if it was after hours, or on Sundays, always accommodating his schedule to mine. He was always smiling, energetic and enthusiastic and never in a rush, willing to dedicate the time to give clarity to concerns as if it was his very own project. Al was consistently communicating, leading and coordinating with myself and all parties involved in the project. All being done with the utmost precision until the very end, boy was he impeccable. Through this journey, we established not only a professional relationship but a personal friendship. I can say without a doubt that his knowledge, confidence, and understanding of the project, created the most important thing to me which is TRUST. If you’re looking for a leader, for someone to rely on for your dental project, Al is the most important asset you can have.
It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter for Al Galvis. I worked with Al on my new office that I built from scratch. I have had a dental office for 20 years in another location and have worked with numerous vendors. However, for my new office I decided to meet with new vendors but quickly I realized that I wanted to exclusively work with Al. He is the most knowledgeable person I have met in his field. He quickly assessed my situation, was instrumental in the design and construction of the office, worked very closely with my contractor and architect, guided me through all my equipment and technology selections, never tried to up sell, and was able to save me a great deal. He foresees all the potential conflicts and addresses them before they actually happen! I think every project needs Al!
Relocating our dental office was a project that we had planned for many years. We proposed our project to the dental supply company that we had worked with for the past ten years. They provided us with a proposal for dental equipment but never offered any other services or advice. We proceeded with our project on our own and searched for a new location for almost two years. Once we found the location, we immediately started working on a floor plan for the office, plans with our architect, city permits, etc. During the demolition process, we were very fortunate to meet Al Galvis. Al quickly guided us in the right direction and in less than 22 days, we had plans, financing, a skillful support team, dental equipment, and technology proposals. Al always made himself available for advice and helped us address any issues that arose during and after construction. Al is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and we always felt at ease knowing that Al had our best interests in mind. At first I was hesitant to go through a large company for my new office build out thinking I would not be given priority or the attention to detail that I require. I am a dentist and have been practicing general dentistry for the past 22 years. My first encounter with Al Galvis dates back six years, when I had completed my implant training. His knowledge of the products, the engineering of the different parts and their functionality, truly impressed me. Recently I relocated my office to a new location that I built from scratch. Al Galvis was instrumental in getting our practice started. We don’t know how we could have done it without him. He helped design our office floor plan, introduced us to our banker, contractor, realtor and everyone else you need to get a practice started. He spent an entire day with me at the CDA meeting vendors to get the best equipment, looking ahead to the future and he has a wealth of knowledge about equipment, both large and small.He always made himself available to us, and after the project has been completed, he is still always available to answer any questions we have. Even though it wasn’t his business, he made it clear that he was invested in our success. We couldn’t have started our practice without all of Al’s help!

As with any project, I faced unexpected problems here and there during installation. Al also helped me and supported me in every way to make things happen.
